Returns
If you choose to cancel your order the refund policy is as follows –
Our policy lasts up to 5 days from the date of delivery depending on the product type. Please see the table below for categories and return periods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please also mandatorily fill out this return form BEFORE you send the product back to us. (RETURN FORM). Please DO NOT send the item back to us without filling out us first. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless we explicitly instruct you to do so.
* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a refund.
* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund.

Note :
* Return Period after Delivery is applicable if product received is Defective or Damaged or Not as Described.
* All the products under a particular category may not have the same return/replacement period. Kindly always check the respective product’s return/replacement policy.
When are returns not possible?
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount (minus the administrative fees, as explained above) will automatically be credited to your original method of payment or in your store account credit, within 10 business days. However, the period prescribed above is variable and Seller is not bound by the same.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at businesshead@moto1india.com.
Shipping (if applicable): Upon approval of your return by Seller, you are required to ship your product, to: MOTO1INDIA, Ground Floor, A-17, Block A, Naraina Industrial Area Phase 2, Naraina, Delhi, 110028 (Returns Division) or as address instruction on email
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or you are facing an issue with size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at businesshead@moto1india.com and follow the procedure in the Shipping section below.
